Srilanka win 3rd T20 to snatch the series

Srilanka has defeated South Africa in the 3rd T20 of the series and captured the series. The Srilankan opener Niroshan Dickwella spoiled the comeback match of AB De Villiers as he overshadowed a 59 ball 63 of De Villiers.
Having won the toss, South Africa decided to bat first at Newlands, Cape Town and put up a total of 169. Besides De Villiers, Hendricks contributed 41 runs while Mosehle remained notout in 32.
Chasing a modest total of 170, Tharanga got out for 20 while Chandimal was out for just 5 runs.The partnership between Dickwella and Sekuge Prasanna brought Srilanka back in the game. Prasanna remained not out on 37 runs. Imran Tahir picked up 3 wickets but wasn’t enough to take his team to victory.
Niroshan Dickwella was judged both Man of the Match as well as Player of the Series as Srlanka won the 3 match series 2-1.
