Nepal lost by 47 runs in first practice match

Nepal suffered a 47 runs defeat in the first practice match in Gautam Buddha University Ground in India.

Having won the toss, Rajwada Cricket Club decided to bat first and put up a decent total of 281/7 in their alloted 50 overs.

Sandeep Lamichhane picked up 2 wickets while Sompal and Karan shared 1 wicket each.

In reply, Gyandendra Malla tried his best to take Nepal to victory but he didn't get enough support from other batsmen and Nepal eventually fell 47 runs short of the target. Sagar Pun looked good for his 28 while Binod Bhandari contributed 20 runs for Nepal.
