Argentine star footballer Lionel Messi will be making his acting debut in a TV show. Messi will be making a cameo appearance in an Argentinean TV Series, Los Protectores.

Star Plus La has released a video in which Messi is seen hanging out with the makers of the show.

The star footballer has been a familiar face in several commercials for some popular brands like Adidas and Pepsi.

The first season of the show was released earlier this year. Messi will make a guest appearance in the second season, which will be aired next year.
