DPL: Kathmandu Goldens register second win

Having won the toss and elected to bat first, Kathmandu managed 173/5 from their allotted 20 overs. Kathmandu were once 77/3 but a 90 run stand between Sompal Kami and Sumit Maharjan got the momentum going. Sumit scored 44, Sompal scored 39 while captain Basant Regmi contributed 30 runs for Kathmandu. Sharad Veswakar took 2 wickets for Biratnagar Kings.
In reply, Biratnagar was allout for just 87 runs. No batsmen could manager double digit score apart from Dipendra Singh Airee(31), Sharad Veswakar(13) and Jeetendra Mukhiya(11). Santosh Bhatta picked up 3 wickets while Basanta Regmi and Bhuwan Karki shared 2 wickets each for Kathmandu Goldens. This is Biratnagar's first loss in the tournament.
