The member secretary Keshab Bista arrived after the farewell program has ended and the players and official member had been left out from the spot. Pawan Ghimire stated, "We had invited NSC secretary member Keshab Kumar Bista to come to the farewell and to encourage our players who are representing Nepal in Blind Cricket World Cup but he didn't arrived despite his promise to come. This shows that the state is not serious about the differntly abled people and also for the sports they play. If this was World Cup for abled players then I think he would have come. Despite being such, we are confident of doing and also want to make our country proud through sports."
